Members

The primary purpose of HappyLane is to give regular folks  an entry point into real estate investing.  HappyLane exists to serve the needs of our $100 per month subscription Investor Members just as much as our Resident Members. In both cases HappyLane provides  a community focused real estate investment to individuals who normally would not have access to this type of wealth building opportunity. It is a true multi-stakeholder cooperative that combines aspects of producer, worker, and housing cooperatives into a single investment cooperative. It allows the contractor building the houses, the tenants that live in them, and the landscapers, bookkeepers, and others who keep up and manage the homes to invest in and reap the economic benefits of the community they build and maintain.
