Before You Join
HappyLane encourages anyone interested in becoming a member to start by reading through this website and the bylaws and articles of incorporation below. Potential members should understand that they are making a long-term patient investment (minimum 5 years) by joining the co-op. HappyLane relies on these investments from its members to fund future projects.
How to Join
- Membership in the Cooperative is open to anyone age 18 or older who supports the Cooperatives goals and purposes.
- Members must agree to the minimum 5-year investment term
- Complete the online Membership form below
- Submit payment for shares via Zelle or through Direct Deposit (ACH transfer)

- $100/month minimum
- All returns automatically reinvested for accounts with a balance of less than $5,000
- $5,000 minimum initial investment
- monthly investment based on lease cost (10% minimum)
- All returns automatically reinvested
- Agree to sweat equity investment of all or a portion of the cost of contracted work with the Cooperative
- Receive 5% incentive on all sweat equity investments
