Community Reinvestment Fund (CRF)

HappyLane LCA dedicates one percent of gross revenues annually to improve local parks, trails, open space, and recreation facilities.

Supporting local businesses

HappyLane is excited to partner with local contractors like Oak Creek based Texter Mountain Construction to build local workforce housing. Contractors and their employees are eligible to become members of the Cooperative and can receive a 5% sweat equity bonus when they invest.
